When choosing to virtually stage, sellers and brokers must be very cautious to not mislead the buyers. Agents should not be removing power lines in a backyard, painting rooms different colors, or removing walls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t want buyers to feel like they\u2019re walking into a completely different house than the one they saw in photos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work with an agent and virtual staging company that\u2019s ethical about how they alter the way a home looks, and you won\u2019t have any problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
