As we wrap up 2021, I thought it would be fun to take a peek at the most expensive home sales in Tippecanoe County for the year (my criteria for this blog post was anything over $750,000).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an interesting side note, home prices are definitely up substantially over last year, even on the luxury end of things. Only one home sold for over a million dollars in 2020, but there were four over that mark this year, and prices are up across the board on the luxury end of things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

#11 and #10: $750,000 and $775,000<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These stunning gorgeous Green Goose Homes are custom builds on Shootingstar Lane. Welcoming foyers with tray ceilings and massive great rooms with fireplaces and built-ins are just the beginning.
